Discover Functional Nutrition and Eating Psychology
The unique approach of Eating Psychology looks at how to work with the most common and important eating challenges in our culture today including weight concerns, body image, overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, endless dieting, poor digestion, fatigue, challenged immunity, mood concerns and so much more!
We will also be diving deep into the realm of Functional Nutrition to learn more about food and body and how every system in our body is inter-connected and needs to work in symbiosis in order for us to have optimum health.
Optimum health leads to our ideal weight, what ever that may be for our own body. This work is so relevant to help today’s chronic health conditions.
As a graduate of the Functional Alliance Digestive Intensive, a Full Body Systems Graduate, and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach / Mind Body Eating Coach, as well as a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, I have over 20 years of knowledge in mind, body and nutrition.

I have recently completed the eight week Nutrition for your soul course. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is questioning their relationship with food and their own body.
There is so much to learn about this subject and it is laid out in an easy to follow eight week program. There was a lot of soul searching in the last few weeks, but it was all worth it for the information that I received.
My relationship with food has been an ongoing battle for years and I have never been able to be at peace with it. It is a work in progress, but I am not on a diet or feeling guilty about what I eat for the first time in years. I can’t tell you how relaxing that is.

My initial reasons for taking the program were to “clean up” my eating habits, and hopefully lose weight. This wasn’t your typical diet plan where you count calories and are restricted to certain foods. Instead, we learned the effect of timing, thoughts, and awareness on our personal metabolism. Paying attention to what I ate, as well as when and why, taught me a lot about myself.
As a bonus, I lost 4 Lbs during the course. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone wanting to receive insight into your eating behaviors and to develop a better relationship with food and body.
